Changemakers

CWV has served over 10, 000 individuals and families. We work consistently to promote systems transformation in healthcare, housing, and community violence through policy and advocacy work to improve the conditions of vulnerable communities. Place-based strategies, and revolutionary partnerships have led to CWV being at the center of some of the most significant initiatives in behavioral health and beyond.

Results

Achieving results is one of our core values. We believe that data tells the story, and we must have measurable outcomes to support our success and make meaningful progress. CWV has advanced analytical capabilities through an innovative combination of leading technology solutions, measurement-based care practices, and skilled data-driven decision making.

CWV Client

Laura Askew, 53, walked into the back of the Community Wellness Ventures just down the block from Busboys and Poets. "I was unsure for a while, just listening to other people, I’d heard bad things," Askew said. "But then people from this center called me, and they’ve done a lot for me in the past. So I said, I’m ready." "Plus," Askew said, beaming. "I’ve got a brand new grandson, and I gotta be here for him.
